Project 1 Design & Build Ltd is centred on a passion for build & design and exceeding client expectations.  Based in Ealing, West London, we primarily work on projects in Ealing, Chiswick and neighbouring areas.

Having started with our own developments, with teams of specialists who share our passion, we expanded to work on client projects.  Project 1 developed a growing reputation for building complex & interesting projects such as a contemporary new dental surgery in Chiswick and an exact replica Victorian house in Egerton Gardens, Ealing.

Our passion is transforming near-derelict Victorian and Edwardian houses into stunning homes that meet the modern needs of our clients.  We can work with an existing architect or can provide the services of our own recommended architects and interior and garden designers.

From a full re-development of a double-fronted house to smaller projects where a client may require a re-decoration or new kitchen/bathroom, we bring to each project the same commitment and enthusiasm, delivering a bespoke solution from start to finish.

​Our professional approach was featured on the 100th episode of Grand Designs where we transformed an extensive, dilapidated Victorian water tower in Lambeth into a luxurious home for our clients – all completed in 9 months.
