Light and space converted this somewhat mediocre flat into a design statement. Incorporating a highly detailed structural package to open up the underutilised loft space to create lofty ceilings and additional accommodation. The overall affect was enhanced by fold out balconies and completed by the use of beautifully finished bespoke joinery, glass & lighting effects.
