Due to the short time available, this was a Design & Build project, with Project 1 working closely with the client throughout the build. The building was completely remodelled & renovated from top to bottom. It included large extensions to the rear and roof. With photo-voltaic and solar energy installations on the remodelled roof line, replica roof tiles, all new replica wood sash windows, a contemporary upgrade of the Victorian staircase, bespoke cornice, beautiful bathrooms, decoration and extensive under floor heating.
